3. Lacerta holds the right to refuse any RMA delivery with the product and or lot #’s not listed on the original RMA approved of by Lacerta.
4. Lacerta shall not accept a return without an authorized RMA reference number.
5. RMA number MUST BE REFERENCED on the delivery paperwork (BOL and packing slip). A hard copy of the RMA must be included with the packing slip. Any product that arrives at our dock without referencing a valid RMA will not be eligible for credit and will be returned to the carrier. All cases must be marked with an authorized RMA number.

10. RMAs are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, RMA will be canceled, and no credit will be issued.
11. All returns must be in full case quantity unless approved due to a product QA issue.
